Export administration management acts as a central hub which receives and processes all international title orders on our customers' behalf. Placing orders with global print sites, we also invoice over 140 distributors, process credit claims, unsolds, collect revenues and provide a full credit-control function. Trading in 40 currencies, 58 million copies were managed in 2007, allowing economies of scale which working alone would not deliver. Systems are designed to be fully auditable, with customer web-based access to territory performance on supply, sales, unsolds and revenues generated per copy.
